Our grid connected Smart Modular Energy Solutions (SMES) energy performance will depend of several factors, but any amount of energy generated will be able to directly offset the amount of electricity purchase from the grid.
The modelling below shows 24 months solar energy generation and 24 hr energy consumption.
System owner uses energy generated by PV system during day time when electricity from the grid is cheaper. Any excess solar energy generated must be exported to the grid where in this case, there is small financial return.

EV charging refers to the process of replenishing the battery of an electric vehicle (EV) with electricity. This can be done through various methods and at different locations such as home charging, public charging stations, or dedicated EV charging equipment installed at workplace.
WHAT IS HOME EV CHARGING
If you have a SMES installed at your home, you could charge your EV and help make the most of the renewable energy that your SMES is generating. Your system will generate the most electricity when the sun is strongest, which is generally between 10am and 3pm each day. If you work from home or often spend the middle of the day parked at home, this could be the most cost-efficient way to charge your EV.
